Application: MOLMELLOSE™ HPMC is extensively used in a variety of food products such as sauces, soups, puddings and desserts to achieve the desired viscosity and texture. Its moisture-retention properties help enhance mouthfeel and extend shelf life. It is also applied as a glazing and coating agent for frozen fish and seafood, helping to prevent discoloration and maintain product quality. Additionally it serves as an effective vegetarian alternative to animal gelatin in several food formulations.
